The Women's Refuge (a different refuge to Townsend House) provides
somewhere for women (and their families) who need emergency assistance
for whatever reason. Some are referred by Swindon Social Services and
others refer themselves. Our church helps by providing such things as
crockery, kitchen utensils, soft
furnishings, toiletries and anything else which can assist the work of the hostel.
